TEAM CASA 1.0

Building safe, affordable, sustainable housing more quickly is one of the world’s most urgent needs. CASA 1.0 is a Comfortable, Affordable and Sustainable Alternative for social housing in the Netherlands. Team CASA developed CASA 1.0 together with Hurks, Woonbedrijf and many other partners and sponsors. The goal is to integrate existing or innovative technologies into a single housing concept: CASA 1.0. The initial pilot is an energy efficient apartment with two small studios and one large apartment, built around a unique steel structure.
