The Low-cost 3D jacquard loom bridges the gap between traditional and industial weaving. This is a tool for experimenting with sample-making and new weaving techniques, allowing expert and novice weavers to experiment with 3D structures. The ‘Woven Bubbles’ sample is making use of a technique commonly found in knitting but produced on the J3D1 loom.
