Multi- Stability Weavings

How can breaking the rules in traditional weaving practices present an oppertunity for innotative uses for woven strucrtures? Multi-Stability explores new ways of textile weaving with experimental methods. We look at the inherent properties of the structures and materials, creating multi- stable textiles that do not follow the traditional grid constructions, but instead makes use of undesirable textile qualities such as floats in order to explore new ways of making textiles for movement and change.
